La Costeñita Cuisine is a family-owned food truck and catering business proudly serving authentic Mexican cuisine—along with Italian and American favorites—to our community.
What began as a passion for cooking has grown into a flexible catering service designed to meet the needs of any event. We offer catering with our food truck or without, making it easy to serve great food at backyard parties, corporate events, weddings, and celebrations of all sizes.
Our Mexican dishes are inspired by traditional, home-style recipes and bold coastal flavors, while our Italian and American options allow us to customize menus to fit every taste and occasion. No matter the cuisine, we use fresh ingredients and prepare every dish with care and pride.
